I've tried many different things to stop the sweat from bleeding through my shirts. I have hyper-hidrosis and nothing has ever solved my problem. I would sometimes change shirts two or three times a day. I even pushed to have dress code changed at my place of business so I didn't have to wear dress shirts any more. Then I took a new job that required dress shirts and a sports coat. Needless to say this was not good for me. I never took off my sports coat to hide the sweat. Then I found the magic shirts. These things were golden. My first trial run with the shirt was on a day that required outdoor walking in the sports coat, 98 degrees, and 80% humidity. Yes, it was hot. I didn't trust this shirt yet so I left my coat on at lunch. After lunch I went to the restroom and took my coat off just to see. The outer shirt was dry as a bone. The undershirt does have pads in the pits that do feel a bit strange at first, but they quickly lose their awkwardness. Others can't tell you have it on, but you do know its there. It will absorb your sweat and you will feel it damp, but you have to trust it's doing its thing. It does run small, I mean small. I bought an XL to begin with and it fit more like a medium.
