It installed easily in the heater hose line *by R***H on February 29, 2016* I installed this on my 2009 Isuzu NRR rollback and I'm somewhat satisfied. It installed easily in the heater hose line. However I only gave it 3 stars because it doesn't perform too well on the coldest of days. It'll recirculate a small amount of water and keep the motor warm but it's usually not enough to get the temp gauge to move. It'll provide a small burst of heat in the cab but it slowly dissipates once the truck is running.
