Still, it is not impossible. I decided I prefer the plastic over the buttons, since those can be easily scratched just as well. Everyone comments on my key fob now. Guess I'll have to get an extra one for the second fob that comes with the car. And the ring on top is nice to attach house keys to. Except that after normal use for 90 days, the top key ring separated from the padlokc-looking piece. And it does not screw in.I can't do anything with it now.So I have to 'operate' on the fob cover to remove the now useless top part.Which sucks because a) I loved this item and b) I got a ton of compliments on it.I just wish it was more durable.
