Great product. Makes crystal clear ice balls

The ice maker is simple to use and creates perfect round ice balls, the size fits a whiskey glass and the ice does not get in the way of drinking the beverage. And it is nice the company includes two bags to store the ice globes. Just follow the instructions printed on the box, and 24 hours later you will have two globes ready for consumption or storage.Now before anyone complains about the rubber cast being hard to remove, remember, its frozen water. It will expand if you over fill the container. Just set it on the counter, maybe run water over it, give it a few minutes. Pulling on one side, then the other, you will hear the suction give way. Keep pulling one side then the other.All in all, this was a good purchase.

It makes clear ice balls every time. Easier to fill than the others that I have tried.

This contraption is a lot bigger than the typical ice sphere mold, however it also produces better clear ice. I got this for my guy's poker night and received compliments on the ice. I know, kind of a weird thing to get compliments on but heck, I'll take it.This is more like a 4.5-star product due to the instructions not being clear. I almost ripped off the top part not realizing it is not supposed to come off, so be careful with that part. Overall though, it's a great product that ups the presentation of your cocktails.

Not so effective product. Unable take out the sphere ice immediately need defrost by the time the ice no more sphere shape
