Fits Medline Excel and Basic series. I like that they’re treaded so they’re nice and grippy on slippery surfaces. They were pretty easy to install once I got the original wheels off. It comes with its own axles, but I used the old ones that came with the chair. The push rim is a bit rough on the hands, so I had to buy a silicone cover to help with my grip.
