**Q: Hi, is this 100% pure glycerol?**
A: From a chemical perspective, there is really no such thing a “100%”. There will always be something else in there, even if it is in incredibly minute amounts. Ours is USP grade, which has to meet a minimum specification of 99.5%. People out there sell glycerin as “100%” and pretty much they are referring to the fact that it is not mixed with water or anything to make it more dilute but like I said, it will never really be a true “100%” (kind of like anhydrous alcohols, never truly 100% of the alcohol but more like 99.9%).
Even though ours is USP grade we sell for educational use only. Nothing we sell is for ingestions, inhalation, topical application, etc. etc.
