I like not having a long antenna swaying, and it looks great. Easy to apply, feels secure. I bought this not only for aesthetics, but because my radio has been cutting out and I thought it might solve that if it were an antenna issue (it's not). So unfortunately I cannot comment on range, clarity, or sound quality.. Fortunately my satellite radio works a LOT better than the radio (when it wants to).
