**Q: Can this be used on a spin bike with regular sneakers?**
A: I bought these to use with regular shoes, they work well. Check to be sure your spin bike has normal pedal threads standard is 9/16" power grips also makes a "Fat Strap" or just get the straps and hardware if the pedals don't fit the threads.

**Q: What is the quality of this pedal? I was told it wasn't worth the money, is this true?**
A: I think it's great quality.  The only issue I had with it was one of the nuts holding the grip down came off.  Check to make sure that these are tight and you'll have no problems.  I bought these pedals to train for and ride RAGBRAI last year and they really increased my efficiency on the 406 mile ride.

**Q: Would these put to much pressure on Teva Sandlas toes Not racing, just cruising....**
A: The ball of your foot should be centered over the center of the pedal so your toes should be well forward and out of the equation.

**Q: Are these pedals easier to exit than clipless? Do to an accident I can’t twist one of my ankles quickly enough to release safely from clipless.**
A: You can adjust the strap to be as tight or light as you choose - in and out is pretty easy, a looser fit will probably serve your ankle best.  They get easier to work with time (experience plus wear-in).  FYI, the pedal "teeth" grab soft-soled footwear just a bit -- I found the "stickiest bit" was the "teeth" on the pedal, tended to dig in a bit to the soft sole of my sneakers or sandals, depending on what footwear I was wearing.
