I always have to squeeze it up and kind of grab it with the wand. Still my favorite primer. I just use my finger to apply it. **Q: Does this have the application wand in the top or just the squeeze type.** A: It has a wand; but I have found that just squeezing a bit out into my hand and using my finger to smooth works much better. **Q: Is this more of an oily or slick feel to it once on, or more a dry feeling to it?** A: It’s more of a dry feel.. it’s a very light consistency! Having said that, it has very little coverage and if you have worn eye shadow for many years and your kids have become darker I have found that this won’t cover it! The Urban Decay in the yellow tube, Eden, is the best for coverage and keeping your shadow from creasing **Q: Is this waterproof?** A: It’s creamy and brightens eye area. I’ve gone to the gym after work using it and it never slid off my eyes.
