Review: Very disappointed, product returned. - I thought that this product was going to be good when I first connected it because it seemed to work fine straight out of the box. However when I came to use it in earnest it didn't actually perform well at all. I had purchased it specifically to recover some data from a 3.5" 550GB drive and I found that when transferring large amounts of data the communication was extremely slow with some long pauses, and worst of all image files that were transferred or read directly from the drive wouldn't render properly making them unusable.
