Well made, working fine.Doorbell iluminates via a green led which is a nice touchthe ringers are a little big, so forget trying to plug them into a two/three way plug, its only really going to work on a single wall socket.

The product itself works well, unfortunately the Bell push doesn't stand up to fat fingered delivery men. becomes jammed in and stops working. ShameThe Sellers replaced the bell set once and now its gone again have refunded so excellent service by them.

Easy to set up and install as well as good value for money. However, like some of the other reviews of this, in the month or so, it has been running, it had mysteriously stopped sounding - always when I needed it most, and at least three times now. Each time, unplugging then re-plugging the two bells seems to have cured it, but... now I constantly try the bell after a few days of quietness to see if it is still working. I have read that a full reset-is accomplished by taking the battery out of the push-bell itself then refitting but this is a fiddly job, not yet tried. Not what I had expected from a Siemens product.

The Doorbell sometimes has a mind of its own! I go to the door to find the phantom bell has done it again so not too sure if I have bought a "pig in a poke"!

Second purchase as first got robbed off my front door. Excellent product but delivery man extremely impatient to wait for me to answer the door! Left on the floor within 5 seconds of knocking on my door before I answered!

Had I written this last week it would have been four stars as basically the doorbell has just worked without any issues. The thing I really liked was the ability to add extra chime units to cover quite a long thin house.However this morning the bell push stopped working after less than 5 months. I've changed the batteries and opened it up but it looks like a small piece of plastic has snapped inside. We are not a busy household so i would say it averages less than one activation a day.I will probably just buy an additional bell push so that I can keep the chime units. - which is why I didn't give it 1 star

The system was replacing another Siemens model that did not last very long but having looked at the reviews and the price I decided to give them another go. Not only do they work perfectly themselves the sounder on the original system also works more reliably. I am waiting to see how long the push tutor lasts.
