I bought this heated blanket as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and it has only been used a handful of times. Unfortunately it has already stopped working completely and will not turn on at all. For a product like this you would expect it to last much longer, so the durability is very disappointing. I contacted the seller a few weeks ago to try and resolve the issue but have received no response, which is extremely frustrating. When an electrical product fails this quickly, you would expect better support from the seller.
