It definitely helped as I had problem with joints clicking and causing sharp pain and being achy. it stays in place well is easy to apply and really water proof. I also get blisters from my skates and tried plasters and blister plasters both of which came off with sweaty feet and friction of the skates, however this tape stay in place perfectly preventing blisters and you can leave it on for a few days as it doesn't come off in the shower (unless you peel it on purpose). Used it in other problem shoes and its great. ### ⭐ Absolute rubbish *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 January 2017* I read the reviews before buying this, there were more good than bad so I decided to go ahead and buy it as a gift for my nieces 6th birthday. This was a mistake. I truly cannot believe how anybody could give this product a good review. It came in a clear shrink-wrap bag, with no picture, or product information. Even after opening it, if I hadn't bought it myself I would not know what it was. It did not feel 'nice' cant really explain how it did feel, but it reminded me of the feel of the blankets in the sick bay at school. I thought it would be kind of like a sleeping bag, but it is literally just a bit of knitting with the edges stitched together for about 5 inches, and a kind of puckered extra bit of knitted material at the bottom. It actually looks like something a child attempted to knit that went badly wrong. I would be embarrassed to give this item as a gift, I seriously think the only thing this could be used for is unravelling and using the wool to knot something else, as I cant knit and I'm sure the wool is not worth anywhere near the £10.99 price this will be going straight back.
