Most pressure switches turn off at 50 and on at 40, This pressure switch is set to turn off at 40 and on at 20. Mine cane set at a cut off pressure of 40psi. But unscrew the contacter box and follow the directions to raise the cut out pressure. I set mine to 60 but it actually cuts off at 65. This boosted my yard sprinkler system so it covers all the area.
