Also, I've been through a surgery and hospitalization with a crisis for a major autoimmune disease which resulted in the loss of nearly half my hair and a significant increase in grayness. I've been taking biotin and MSM for many months, and now my hair is nearly back to its original thickness, and it's come in curly. Go figure. But the gray has just continued to grow.I can't dye my hair because of sensitivities to chemicals. We've been taking the Toco-8 for 30 days, and a couple of days ago I noticed that the patch of dark hair I'd been watching shrink away on my husband's head was about three times as large. It had been shrinking to almost gone. His beard is also getting darker, and his hair seems thicker. So he looked at my hair, and it's true--my gray is significantly diminished. The gray at my temples was widening fast, and now it's almost gone, and my over-all color is nearly back to a dark brown. Pretty good for us old guys! I don't know how to tell about any anti-oxidant effect, but if the hair effect is this good, you have to believe other things are being benefitted as well. I'm guessing that this is cheaper and easier than dyeing your hair, and certainly better for you. We'll definitely be buying this again.As to the scoop problem: you have to dig to find it, but it's in there. But I'm hanging onto the one I have, just in case.12-17-2012: My husband now has significant dark hair all over his head, the texture has become more soft and silky, and he definitely has more hair too. His beard grows so fast, we are constantly trimming it. We haven't been religiously taking the Toco-8, but he says, when I slack off, 'Take yourToco-8--your gray is coming back.' But reading other reviews on Amazon steered us in the direction of Jarrow Toco-Sorb, which we have now been using for about 3 months.
