It says very clearly on the box: 18/8 stainless steel.This is in direct contradiction of the Amazon comparison matrix above, which claims it's 18/10. **Q: Can it be used to grade hymilan rock salt?** A: I assume you mean grate, not grade LOL. And that's Himilayan. Proofread! **Q: does this come wiht little black feet on the end?** A: No feet on mine...but a nice blade guard that is easy to take off and put on. It's very sharp! Love it. **Q: Is it dishwasher safe?** A: Have not tried it. For me it is easier and faster to wash by hand, but can't see why not. I think it is stainless steel - so won't rust.
