At the age of 9, your child can absolutely NuBest Tall Kids to support height increase. This is a multivitamin - multimineral supplement with berry flavor. It does not contain herbal ingredients as in the capsule products.

When he turns 10, he can use NuBest Tall 10+ to optimize his height if he drinks milk daily.

Our products should be taken continuously for a course of at least 3-6 months to make visible changes in height growth. It is suggested that users take the product until growth plates close completely to achieve the optimal height. If it is not convenient to take the product continuously throughout a year, children should use the product for at least 9 months per year, or have a one-month break after every 6-month course before continuing again. 

The results may vary from person to person. At the peak of puberty (mostly about 10-14 years old), people can grow up to 4-6 inches per year. Before the onset of puberty, most children just grow about 2-2.5 inches per year in optimal conditions. In order to get the best results, children should take our products regularly together with frequent exercise, proper nutrition, good sleep patterns and healthy living habits.
