I was pleasantly surprised by findings such as Colado et al. (2010), with the researchers determining the effects being at parity with free weights in terms of building fitness.I was also at a loss as to what kind of exercises to do, but following @hardy.fitness on instagram gave me plenty of examples. I actually had a few questions and the team there were really helpful. I was a little disappointed at the resistance of these bands and I think I'll only find use for the strongest one at best. Having said that I do lift weights 4x per week and train martial arts (Muay Thai kickboxing and BJJ), so I may be more active than the average customer.
