The software for this thing is extremely buggy. Cutoff text all over the place, and doesn't work in most normal Windows environments. The only way we could get this to work is on Windows 10 1703. It does not work on Windows 7 and it does not work on Windows 10 1607 and 1709. It is very specific to that one version of Windows 10. Nothing else works with it. The device itself might work good, but it'll be hard to tell as I have to setup a specific computer that won't be able to update itself because this software won't work on anything newer, or older.Edit: Primarily it doesn't work on anything but ONE laptop we have. Tried all sorts of things, copying the dll's in the locations suggested by the software's read me, but it gets the Application cannot start - error 0xC000007B whenever I go to start it. Prior to copying the dll's to a specific folder, it has about a dozen error messages that those dll files are missing. Even on the one computer it works on you can tell the software is really not that well put together at all. Cutoff text, and badly rendered application background makes it look like the software was cheap afterthought.
