It looks terribly dry compared to other methods, but pinching between finger and thumb is enough to check if it's ready to roll. It took me a while to get used to the time everything takes, minutes rather than seconds, but the plus is you can leave it to get on by itself while doing other stuff, unlike the food processor. And what a high-class, solid metal, removable bowl. You can weigh all the dry stuff in it beforehand, and once you've finished it rinses clean in a moment. Much easier than cleaning a food processor. Also very impressed that every single piece of packaging it arrived in was completely recyclable ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not bad but not quite there *by P***R on 22 December 2024* Overall not bad - nice and light - has strong suctions underneath to tilting is the easiest way to remove from worktop but the only real issue is the speed control. The slow setting is really too fast. Even though it has an anti splash guard, there are some occasions when a nice slow speed is needed and this can't do it. Also, the only way to get good effect for scraping the sides and bottom is to push down on the top while mixing.
