This was such a great bun. It was prefect for my daughter who has shorter hair but needed a bun for ballet pictures. You can hardly tell the difference between her hair and the fake hair. Especially if you don't know what her hair normally looks like.

Middle Gray Chignon is what I bought and it is gorgeous and matches my hair exactly. I have mousy brown hair on top with a deeper brown underneath - all of which is graying from the front and edges toward the middle. So, I have a mixture of tones right now and I do not color my hair. I'm wearing this to my son's wedding and I practiced the bun with a decorative comb the other day... beautiful - see the pictures. It is easy to use with a little practice. PRACTICE before the event! My hair is only shoulder length naturally, so I needed one of those netting, "bun donuts" in a medium size to go over my ponytail and under this fake chignon to fill it out. So, get one go those if you need to. They look like sponges or netting with a hole in the middle - just like a donut. I used a taupe one and I also used matching bobby pins. (They also make dark brown and blond ones.) MATCH YOUR HAIR up with all that, so nothing shows. See my pictures. So far, it seems that I do not need hairspray - very secure. Anyway, it's looking great! Highly recommend.

It’s not a bun, just really short hair styled in a swirl, & the hair kept shedding/falling out.

I wear a bun for work so wanted to try this out because I was thinking about cutting my hair shorter. I didn’t really love this product. It was kinda loose and hard for me make work on my hair. Like pieces of the hair didn’t sit quite right in the bun shape. It could just be something you have to get used to. But when I tried it, my bun looked a bit sloppy. It is cute though if you’re just looking for a casual look, not something you need to look a certain way for work

This exceeded my expectations. The sand beige color matched my hair perfectly !! It looks like real hair, it is not shiny or plastic looking like others I've seen. The hair on it is very easy to move around. Excited to pop this on for my brothers beach wedding !
