Even using it as a portable pillow when i was at work. The Buck Wheat Husk helps support my neck because of an existing injury. With pain that never goes away, it certainly stabilize my neck where it doesn't hurt as much.Its not fluffy soft, i purchased it becaused i needed a more firm support that could adjust to my neck.I have no complaints other than i left mine on the plane and i have to purchase another one. So thats my fault.Each time i go through security, they will want to see whats inside because of how dense it is and that it is filled with something. So be prepared for that when you travel.
