Replaced them with 3 x Noctua NF-A14 PWM chromax.black.swap and now I can run the case at low fan RPM without any ticking noise. The cables included with the fans whilst fairly short are long enough to reach the Torrent fan controller. I also installed the included rubber anti-vibration pads on the fan corners which may also help to reduce noise. The box though, includes rubber pads that sit between the case and the fan housing helping with absorbing vibrations. **Q: Can any of these fans be attached to a computer and which one works bette** A: If you make sure to check what size of fans your case supports, and you check what connectors you e.g. motherboard supports or has the most of (3 pin DC, or 4 pin PDW) then they will work. Any modern midtower+ will support both 120mm and 140mm probably. And most motherboards these days have a mix of 3 and 4 pin. In terms of which rpm version to get, most PC's cases, heatsinks or radiators will do fine with this fan running at 1000rpm and you will barely hear it. Higher rpm will perform better but higher noise. They work well in all instances as they have a great balance of airflow and static pressure.
