**Q: what size are the caps**
A: Honestly can't remember- I usually swallow my capsules while having a bite to eat. I just find it easier that way

A: Hello I am not sure, it is either in UK or Germany, most likely UK

**Q: is this suitable for women also**
A: I see no reason why it wouldn't suit women but it is usually taken for problems of the prostate gland, I'm no medical person but I don't believe women have
a prostate gland!
