It’s perfect for hot yoga in that it is absorbent not slippery a perfect thickness, nice and long so plenty of space, and easy to roll up. However, it takes an eternity to dry out, is difficult to clean, and the two colors I have have unsightly sweat stains, no matter how much I clean them. The one that I’ve had a little bit longer has started to break apart a little bit in the middle, where it gets the most wear and tear.
