Ready to Eat straight from the pack, simply carve and serve. Perfect for effortless entertainment, elegant starters or simply enjoyed in a pasta dish. Traditionally smoked using time honoured methods in our smokehouse since the 1970's. Crafted in small batches for quality and freshness. Ideal for platters, salads and brunches. Long shelf life in the fridge, will arrive with a minimum of a 2 week shelf life in the fridge. Will freeze for upto 12 months. Ingredients Scottish Salmon (Salmo Salar), Salt, Natural Oak Wood Smoke.
