I regularly use the shampoo and conditioner, which I love, but I use this product once a week too to keep my hair smooth and moisturised - to stop it becoming brittle or fly away. I love the smell of this product. It is light and a little bit goes along way. I also use it as a leave-in conditioner on wet hair and it is light enough to allow my hair to form curls but also to remove frizz and to leave my hair soft and shiny.
