Review: Brilliant and versatile. - Brilliant purchase, great for paella obviously but use regularly for roast potatoes etc. Perfect size for family size pies too, using 2 sheets of shop bought ready rolled pastry! Have some smaller ones too, equally versatile, brilliant to clean.
Review: HONEST REVIEW, - The item was promptly delivered. I already had an outdoor wood burning cooker which I had made from a metal beer cask for BBQs, it was ideal for trying this paella pan to make a traditional paella by just burning wood, it worked a treat. The pan I got was the 50cm pan, after making the paella the pan was easy to clean on both sides. If it works by burning wood which is unregulated heat then it will be fine for gas or other type of heat that you can regulated, Note, It is easier to use on appliances other than those with a flat surface (e.g.) electric hobs.

A: Yes of course. The enamelled is vitrified so it will stand heats of over 800°Celcius  far more that any grill can heat. Thank you

A: Zooey don't know, it was a present for my son in law
