Two of the holes are on the inner edge and are perfectly positioned to see if you have small items in the signature book. The easy turn blotting board pages are individually tabbed at the foot with a strengthening strip which is good to improve the lifetime of the product. It is perfect for our letters which are on A4 size paper and smaller items would be no problem due to the positioning of the visibility holes. The replaceable on the front cover is very helpful for identifying the contents and new labels can be slipped in and out easily.
