Review: Solid thermostat - Had to replace an aging honywell thermostat. I really like this mainly for the auto feature so I dont wake up in a cold house. That time of the year. The filter status and other programming features is great. The installation was incredibly easy and the manual was very helpful. I'm not a hvac tech and this was still VERY straightforward. The aesthetics are a plus. Looks great! I wanted something modern and functional but didnt want to go overboard with the wifi smart added junk features. Reasonably priced and works perfectly. Oh, and if the temps dont seem to feel and temp correctly at first, it took about a good 24 hours before the actual current temp readout stated to make sense and reas correctly. (I noted this in the questions) Measured ambient, intake and exhaust temps the way my hvac buddy told me to and its functioning correctly so far. A thanks goes out to the manufacture for reaching out about my question. They were correct indeed, it takes a bit of time to acclimate. Great thermostat!
