They then sent me a brand new bag to replace the one with the broken strap. This company is absolutely amazing. Great customer service and a great product. They stand behind their product and I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to friends. This bag really is great and very versatile. I carry it everyday for work and it holds everything I need. It would work for a great weekend bag. Makes an amazing diaper bag. And it comes with a changing pad and a cute baby wash cloth. I'm very happy that this company is so nice and went above and beyond to fix my issue. The bag strap broke after about a week of use. I decided to keep the bag because I do like the bag and it ticked all the boxes that I needed for a bag for work. I love how big the back pocket is, it is big enough to hold a stack of papers. The insulated pockets are nice and I love the amount of pockets on the inside of the bag. I use the pacifier pouch to hold extra reusable masks. Got this as a gift for our daughter. They thought it was too small at first but were really surprised but the build quality and how much it could hold. Lots of little compartments keeps everything organized. Great value for the price.
