Great quality and well packaged. Instructions somewhat lacking as they refer to features this tap does not have. Still with a bit of trial and error I managed to install it. Luckily for me it was into a new sink which had not yet been fitted.Update - March '17. Ive been using this tap for a little over a year now and have to downgrade my review to 3 starts - its OK. The main tap inself is fine but the removable/screw on aerator tip has rusted. It started with the black paint finish coming away, then it started to rust on the underside. Not sure if this is a quality issue - poor paint or poor quality steel, but I guess the problem is that its not brass like the rest of the tap is claimed to be. The supplier have been grat, sending me a replacement, but when it arrived I could see the paint finish on the replacement tip is alreaty work through in the bottom, so it will rust too. I may try and get the tip power coated or refinished in the UK, or buy another elsewhere, or I see there are stainless steel ones available to buy too. Either way its not ideal and swapping out the whole tap will be a PITA

Absolutely love the look of this tap, but the quality is being called into question. Kept it safe in its packaging until we were ready to install in our new kitchen today, only to find that the paint is flaking off (see photo). We haven't abused/scratched it at all - honest! Have contacted the seller in the hope that it can be replaced (with one that isn't defective), so will update this review accordingly.Update - the seller has been great and has promised to replace the tap. Will update again once I have received the replacement.

Item gains a star for looking pretty darn good. Unfortunately it constantly dripped on the cold feed side. Cleaned pipes and refitted (as per companies suggestion) with no change. Returned for refund. Oh it also has the best and easiest sink attachment method I have seen. Was offered a replacement but had already purchased an alternative.

Nice looking tap but it makes such a splash when you turn it on.. the spout doesn’t control the flow of water that great

ok but for some strange reason the hot and cold were incorrectly marked ?? I guess a minor error. Tap is great and looks good though

Tab is working fine and seems good only negative point is pain is coming out from levers

Love this tap it looks stylish and expensive it's also very easy to use with no stiffness at all. The most impressive thing about it is that it doesn't splash as it hits the sink no matter how fast the flow is. I don't think the kitchen fitter had any problems with the installation of it. I would definitely recommend this product.
