I have made a full on kebab a mini elephants leg and it cooked that really well too. It's easy to use and is what I could only describe as a food revelation. It's reasonably easy to clean the only thing I would add is make sure your chicken legs and wings are secure or they will end up flying about the place like a bambi on ice. When plugged in and door open a blue neon light will appear in the bottom under element. When the door is completely closed only then it will heat up and rotate.
