A: hi,you can add 2tbs of greek style yogurt and 2 tsps of massala,and rub into meat,marinate over night,the cook

A: We use the recipe from the book Pinch of Nom. 600g chicken, 250g fat free Greek yogurt, 4 tablespoons of tandoori spices mix, grated ginger and garlic (thumb size piece : 1-2 cloves) and juice of 1/2 lemon.
