I did not know the answer so I downloaded a trial copy of elements 14 and found camera raw to be vastly different then the camera raw I'm able to use. "basically" my camera raw is Lightroom inside of Photoshop, the camera raw that I witnessed in elements 14 is missing two thirds of all of the controls and applications I can use. so unless there's another way to get a higher-end level of camera raw (I believe it is version 9.5.1.595; the version in elements was "for me" was 9.1.0.441) , then the answer I'm sorry to say is no it will not work. Which is a shame it can really cut down on the editing time.
