Yes, the loaves are compact. Those are the cons. But I find that even though they are small in dimension, they are nonetheless filling so they do last a while. I have a daily sandwich and the two loaves lasted me over 2 weeks. More importantly, as a Type 1 diabetic, I have FINALLY found a bread that I can eat that doesn't spike my blood sugar. Miraculous! And I do enjoy the taste.
