Review: Invaluable - This book is clear and easy to follow. However I would read the contents list first to make sure your problem is listed because it does not cover a huge range of conditions. However the info on the conditions it does cover is excellent and comprehensive. I feel it is honest too. some people say he tries to sell too many supplements ,but he is honest when he says the results for Chondrotin, for example ,have not been great. Even if you do decide to see your doctor at least you will be well informed about your options first.

Couldn’t put this book down. Great information and ways to better your health. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to go down the path of Letting Food Be Your Medicine.

This book is clear and easy to follow. However I would read the contents list first to make sure your problem is listed because it does not cover a huge range of conditions. I would recommend this book as it gives alternative ideas to cope with problem symptoms and im now using food to help my arthritis although it is hard to take in all the information at once. A helpful and good read, keep it handy to help others too.
