Review: If the house was burning down I'd consider saving my globals. - Get a sharpener too, fab knives, I have one that is 15 years old and still going strong. Just because they are japanese and folded like a Samurai sword don't use them as throwing knives, treat them with respect, don't leave them wet, keep them sharp and they are the best kitchen device I have by a long way.

Get a sharpener too, fab knives, I have one that is 15 years old and still going strong. This is the best knife I have ever owned. Easy to hold in the hand whilst chopping and "sharp as a knife". It's in constant use and the size seems to cover almost every need. If I could afford to buy the set I would without hesitation, but as I have said, this size fits all.
