Although if you really wanted to you can run sli via MDA or LDA explicit but at that point id just get a 1070 **Q: installed this card with the Z170-A motherboard, it does not show up under devices? and lags terribly,any ideas?** A: Make sure you go to Asus or Nvidea's website to download the latest drivers. I would check with N idea first. But Asus would be my next step. **Q: How does it overclock?** A: Overclocks like a beast at least mine does anyway. I'm at a 2100 mhz core clock and 9000 mhz memory clock. All i've done is raise the power limit to maximum and set a custom fan profile curve using the above mentioned Asus software on the latest version. **Q: Can this card run in the extended mode? one program on one and a different program on the other. Or one spread across two monitors?** A: This card works in extended mode in Win7 or higher. I used it for several years on Win10 in extended mode for 3 monitors, all 1080p, with no issues at all. I was not able to put my pen display in portrait mode, though, unless it was the primary monitor. Runs everything in ultra settings at well above 60fps. I mainly play R6 Siege and I’m getting over 150fos consistently.
