I am most impressed with the lap harness because that assists in two functions and actually works well. The cushion on the should strap doesn’t do much regarding the support of my daughters head when she falls asleep, but at least it is a comfortable and well cushioned strap that will keep the belt from cutting into her. This is really excellent for toddlers mainly during long trips. My daughter finds herself more comfortable with this pillow. Also, I don't have to worry anymore about the belt scratching her neck as it well padded. While sleeping, i was always worried about her head bending over to her sides but this pillow is a great helper on that aspect.
