Good value for money for a stainless steel kitchen utensil Does exactly what I expected Some food does stick even though I followed instructions for tempering the pan However, as with all stainless steel cookware, a short soak with warm water leaves it easy to clean with a little gentle detergent and a scourer for non-stick pans Great handle; feels comfortable, and fixing to pan very easy with more than adequate fixings provided
