Contrary to what some say about the quality, these are very good in quality. I tried the other kits with the same socks but these are actually tighter giving much better compression. The silicon heel pads are better than expected. Love the bright colored RED ball. Never hard to locate around the house where ever and whenever I need to find it. The neoprene heel pads are great when I just want to slip on my sandels or slip on a pair of shoes without socks giving my heels some cushioning when I need it the most.
