Wish I had 2! *by J***. on October 5, 2025* This is a great stock pot? The heavy bottom distributes heat evenly with no hot spots. I have never had anything burn on the bottom in this pot, even when I forget to stir. My only regret is that zi didn't buy two. I will eventually get another one. It's great for water bath canning as well.
