We’re fascinated by the sleep monitor which tracks deep vs light sleep, not entirely accurate but we’ve never had anything before, and it does show why we feel great or still sleepy in the morning. And the step counter is so encouraging - tracking indoor walking around as well as more purposeful exercise.The HBand app is easy to use and shares data with the IPhone health app. The band is comfortable, holds a charge for about 48 hours, and I can sleep in it without noticing it. It has survived forgetting to take it off when I stepped in the shower. We are careful not to damage it when taking the strap off to charge it, and it gets a full charge from @2 hours in a USB port.I think this an excellent product and value for money. It’s helping me be more conscious about my health, and is another shared interest in my family as we compare stats.
