**Q: Is this Ready mix or do you dilute?**
A: It says ready to use on the label. Nothing about diluting.

**Q: Does the water need to be filtered before drinking? I want to use this in a drinking water tank in my car. Thanks!**
A: We bought this to protect the water system in our static caravan, my answer is this, it is designed to stop water freezing when left for any length of time in caravans, boats etc.  we have a flush toilet and it obviously still contains a small quantity of water even if the system has been drained, as does the shower and sink U bends this stops them freezing if the temperature drops below zero.  I wouldn't recommend drinking the water if it contains any form of antifreeze we always flush the system to remove the antifreeze at the beginning of every season just to be safe. I think the only benefit of using this is to prevent any form of toxic residue remaining following the annual start of season flushing process.  I could be wrong however but we have never chanced drinking the mixture.  The manufacturer might have more information regarding your question.
