Relax and rub it in, follow the instructions. You’ll need to become accustomed to being patient and calm - you’re going to have a baby afterall! LolSo, we’ve actually been trying for about two years - have used all sorts of products and teas and combinations of dietary modifications which ended in disappointment, chem preg, early miscarriages- it’s been awful emotionally as well as taken a toll on my body. Somehow the combination of Proov’s LH strips for the ovulation spike, PDG strips to confirm ovulation, then using the Pro supplements and Balancing oil for the last two weeks of the cycle WORKED. This company is run by women, was created by a woman with fertility issues (I did my research before investing in this group of products - they seem expensive but they realistically aren’t if you consider the cost of months of things you’ve already tried or the immeasurable cost of the range of emotions, or your time scouring the internet for solutions - let’s admit, the internet can be terrifying with fertility “rabbit holes” so to speak) it’s “PROOV-EN” itself to be priceless.
