You can adjust them to your wrist size and it barely feels like there is anything on your wrist. It includes a variety of colors. My favorites are the two multicolored ones. I have worn each of these for extended periods and they still look new. I had a little trouble attaching them at first but after doing it a few times it's no problem at all. If you are looking for a comfortable band I would definitely recommend these.
