The consistency is perfect over waffles, pancakes, ice cream fruit. The sky is the limit. The only reason I did not give the 5 stars on "value for money" is because it's still a bit pricey, well worth it, but more demand is needed for costs to go down. Love it and I will continue to buy it. I do want a "prime" option of smooth and chunky though! Can't choose one over the other.
Review: Great Low Net Carb Alternative to Nutella. Uses Soy - Please make a version with sunflower lecithin instead of soy! There is no detectable artificial sweetener taste to this. This is firmer than Nutell, (75° in my kitchen), but not dry or hard. Scoops out easily. Very creamy and smooth. Not as sweet as Nutella, but very sweet to me. It melts uniformly and quickly (1 Tbsp for 8 seconds in microwave)... not oily/no separation. I will continue to buy this unless I find another monk fruit version without soy. This is very, very delicious and satisfying. Well done, Nekstella!
