I shopped around for way too long and just couldn't decide because of so many choices available on Amazon. I liked the look and features of this one and I gotta say I'm very impressed.When I received it I was expecting it to maybe have some little quirks here and there when assembling, but EVERYTHING fit together perfect. I took some pictures and looked things over and assembly took me probably 30 minutes, so if you were just putting it together probably even less time.Comfort: At first I thought it felt a little uncomfortable or "tight" and maybe it was too small for me - Give it a little time! After a few days it really has seemed to conform to me. One note on the top pillow - they show that you should mount the straps through those 2 cutouts in the backrest, but I found the pillow flopped around too much. I moved it up to strap around the top of the chair and now it stays firmly in place. I originally removed the lumbar (lower) pillow because I felt it pushed me off the chair too much, but then put it back on and let it conform to me and now it's great. I usually leave my backrest at maybe 75º backwards and not straight up like the have pictured. This way you can still sit up straight but then sit back a little to relax.Quality: Like I said earlier this thing is built very well (why I took a pic of the bottom). Usually those "unseen" spots on furniture are where you see all the shortcuts and staples - that isn't the case with this chair. Everything is well secured with quality assembly. In the pictures it looks like the bottom base that holds the wheels is plastic, but it is not, it's very sturdy metal. The wheels seem really durable and they roll super smooth. The color is very nice, I was worried from the pics that the red looked a little too close to magenta or pink, but it is definitely a solid red. The material definitely feels like leather, but not that glossy/slippery type leather. It's very well constructed.I love everything about the chair. My only issue (and it is a very small one) is that when rocking the back of the chair doesn't rock back, the chair rocks from the base. I'm guessing most chairs like this do the same so you are probably best to ignore this feedback. My previous office chair rocked back from the backrest so that is what I was used to. I'm getting used to it now but thought I'd bring it up. On a positive note the backrest recline where you can lock it in place works very well and I use this often.Overall on a scale of 1-100 I give this a 95 :) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Chair *by C***C on Reviewed in the United States on December 7, 2018* This review is coming from a first impression but this chair is amazing. Installation is quick, about 10-20 minutes by myself. The comfort is very good, I am 5'10 190lbs and it feels great, chair fits snug. Not a fan of using the lumbar pillow but might be good for others, it is very soft and could probably used as a regular sleeping pillow. The head/neck pillow is just as nice but the straps that hold it up cannot be tightened so it falls down to my shoulders and aren't in the most comfortable position. I have to lift it up to readjust. Arm rests are normal, they only move vertically even though the instructions say they can move horizontally. The leaning back feature that allows you to basically sleep horizontally is great, you feel like you can tip over backwards but I was very secure to the floor. I'm very happy with this purchase would definitely buy from Anda Seats again ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would give the chair, itself, five stars. *by A***X on Reviewed in the United States on February 19, 2018* I would give this chair a “5” – the chair itself. It looks cool, and feels comfortable and durable.The chair feels like it inclines too much, so could tip over when fully reclined, but to my happy surprise, it doesn’t.The belts holding the lumbar support and the headrest in place are elastic. Like every elastic belt I’ve ever had, I assume eventually the elastic will weaken and stretch. Also, running these through the holes and around the back of the chair is inelegant. In most of the scenes of the Andraseat chairs in the videos at the Andraseat website, the headrests aren’t used, or are seen only from the front.I don’t think I’ll be using the headrest pillow, because the elastic belt is not designed to be tightened. Every time I would lean forward in the chair, the headrest would drop down to the base of my neck and I’d have to reach around and pull it back up. If I decide I miss it, I’ll run a couple of cords over the top, connected to the headrest, to keep it where I want it to be. I would think it would be better to have adjustable, non-elastic straps for the headrest and lumbar support (to allow tightening to hold them firmly in place), but then there would be tacky ends of the straps hanging down on the back of the chairThe chair fits my back nicely, so I won’t be using the lumbar support (which feels uncomfortably large, although I note another reviewer liked it).In putting the chair together, there were moments of unhappiness. Their website has a video of a lovely young woman wearing a skirt and white gloves, putting one together with no problem. (Disappointingly, her assistance was not included with the version I bought.)On a positive note, I thought it was brilliant that most of the bolts (each with a flat and a split washer) are already loosely in their sockets. This avoids that moment of dismay when opening the bag of parts and wondering where the !@#$%^&*! all of these things are supposed to go. There are quite a few bolts, so you’d definitely like to have an electric screwdriver or electric drill with speed & torque control to move the job along.When I was removing one of the bolts, the flat washer slipped into a slot in the back of the chair and I needed to use a magnet to get it out. Tweezers might have worked too.I had the problem of not finding the supplied allen wrenches, after I’d fully unpacked and unwrapped everything (and searched twice). I even sent an email to the company asking where to find the allen wrenches. (Andaseat carefully does not publish a phone number, to avoid getting calls from people like me). All the while, I had that sinking feeling that the allen wrenches must be in the box somewhere. And, indeed, I did eventually find them, inside the inner cardboard box after I moved it and heard a faint, metallic click. Their little plastic bag had slipped under one of the cardboard panels at the bottom.When you get to the point of inserting the gas piston into chair seat – lay the chair face down on the floor first.
