As stated in the product description, this is a replacement strap only, and does not include the plastic clips to which it gets attached. This headgear will fit a number of different mask designs, but the clips are unique to each model. Be sure to remove the clips from your old headgear strap before you toss it; you'll need them for this replacement.I should remark on the excellent service from the GoodSleep Company. The headgear I received from Amazon was defective (it didn't include the Velcro component, so it was useless). GoodSleep promptly refunded my money and sent a replacement directly. I could hardly ask for a better response from a vendor.
